Both days will be filled with activities for the kids, vendors, food trucks, and much more all located at Parc Rotary Champlain Wendat Park. Also don't miss The Urban Slide Canada, which will be located on Owen St. The fun starts Friday, July 28th from 2:00pm-10:00pm, and Saturday, July 29th from 9:00am-10:00pm with a headliner concert featuring "Canadian XSports Band" Saturday night at 8:00pm. Experience the phenomenon of hauntingly magical and stirring outdoor exhibits of hand-carved pumpkins, all set against the night-time backdrop of Discovery Harbour. But BEWARE….new characters will be lurking about in the expanded TERROR ZONE!! This is an outdoor exhibit spanning our beautiful historic attraction. Please wear comfortable shoes and appropriate weather gear, we are open rain or shine. We will have a maze for the little ones to go through and a craft. There will be a refreshment stand along with a small retail area to get some goodies. The TERROR ZONE is expanded this year and is not recommended for children under the age of 12. It’s an absolutely amazing scare zone if you dare to enter. Adults or children wearing masks will be required to remove them prior to entering the site.

You can run, ride, walk, skate, or glide…just participate however you can. On Saturday, September 30 and Sunday October 1, 2017, the Towns of Midland, Penetanguishene and the Township of Tay will be holding a North Simcoe Treasure Day. Residents who wish to participate may place unwanted household items at the curbside starting at 8:00 a.m. on that day. These items will be available to anyone that wishes to pick them up free of charge. Households participating in the event must ensure their material is removed from the curbside by 5:00 p.m. at the end of the event.
