The Town of Penetanguishene offers a 10-week Swimming and Aquatic Program


SWIM PROGRAM LOCATION:
Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care, 500 Church St, Penetanguishene, ON L9M 1G3

Please note that Waypoint Centre institued paid parking as of October 2016

All Town of Penetanguishene swimming particpants will receive a complimentary parking permit that is to be picked up at Town Hall, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, PRIOR to the start of swimming lessons.  The permit is valid for Parking Lot C and must be displayed on rear-view mirror at all times to avoid parking tickets under the By-Law.  The Town will not be responsible for any parking tickets.

FOUR WAYS TO REGISTER:

  1. In person at Town Hall with Registration Form and payment (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm)
  2. Email Registration Form (with credit card information filled out) to recreation@penetanguishene.ca
  3. Mail Registration Form (with credit card information filled out or enclosed cheque)

  4. After hours, Drop Box at main entrance Town Hall (sealed envelope with registration form and payment)

**You will be registered with your first class choice unless otherwise notified by staff**

**We strive to serve as many community members as possible; therefore we have very few private lessons available**

Bronze Medallion, Standard or Emergency First Aid Certification (must be Lifesaving Society, St. John Ambulance, Canadian Red Cross, or Canadian Ski Patrol)

Minimum 16 years of age, Bronze Cross, Standard First Aid Certification (must be Lifesaving Society, St. John Ambulance, Canadian Red Cross, or Canadian Ski Patrol)
