Committee Membership

The Penetanguishene Accessibility Advisory Committee (AAC) consists of members of the public, one Council representative, and several staff liaisons. Members are appointed by Town Council on a per-term basis.

  • Director of Recreation and Community Services - facility management
  • Chief Building Official (CBO) - Building Code issues
  • Director of Public Works - pedestrian crossings and new infrastructure
  • Director of Fire and Emergency Service/Fire Chief -  Fire Code and Emergency Plan issues
  • Municipal Law Enforcement Officer - Parking

Meetings are held in the Committee Room in Penetanguishene Town Hall. Members of the public are welcome to attend these meetings. For more information, please email the Accessibility Coordinator.
