FACADE IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM On July 25, 2007, Town Council approved a Façade Improvement Program for businesses located in the Downtown Improvement Area. The purpose of this program is to encourage and assist our local merchants who wish to make improvements or updates to their storefronts. Applications for 2013 are now being accepted on a first come first served basis.
