Penetanguishene Disc Golf Course

A professionally designed nine hole Disc Golf Course is located in Penetanguishene Rotary Park.

Each hole is designed to contribute to a player experience that provides a variety of challenges, demands a number of different shots, and ensures the greatest possible safety for other players and park users. The course was based on sound disc golf course design principles: safety, accessibility, flow, variety and difficulty.

The Penetanguishene Rotary Park is mostly open with a few trees along the water. The long holes are open with a few trees and strategically placed out of bounds. The shorter holes are technical with more trees, water and great greens.

Penetanguishene Dog Park

In the summer of 2011, Penetanguishene opened the Penetanguishene Dog Park in Penetanguishene Rotary Park.

The dog park is conveniently located by a nearby parking area just off of Robert Street West and beside Ojibwa Landing. The area is fenced in with lots of space for “Fido” to run. For the convenience of users, the park is open year round.

A dog bag dispenser is located at the park and we ask that owners clean up after their pets!

Watch for future enhancements!
