Special Committee of the Whole – Budget 2022 Meeting

  • Committee received a presentation from Dr. Hanni Darwish and Dr. David Gravelle from the Southern Georgian Bay Family Physician Recruitment Program
  • Committee received a presentation from Cher Cunningham from the Culture Alliance in the Heart of Georgian Bay regarding the 2022 Budget.
  • Committee approved the following areas of the2022 Budget Draft #3:
  • Committee approved the 2022 Operating Budget as presented.
  • Committee approved the Town’s 2022 and 2023 Capital Budgets as presented.
  • Committee approved the contribution of up to $475,439 for the Penetanguishene Public Library to fund their 2022 operating requirements.
  • Committee approved the contribution of up to $26,100 for the Penetanguishene Public Library to fund their 2022 capital requirements.
