General Cruise Information

The Serendipity Princess is a 265 passenger paddle-wheeler with triple decks featuring a patio on the upper level. Daily sightseeing cruises as well lunch & dinner cruises are available through out the sailing season.  Be sure to view their on-line schedule for daily cruise listings.

Private charters are available for group events such as anniversaries, birthdays, fundraisers, business functions etc.

The Serendipity Princess is located at the Penetanguishene town dock (2 Main Street).

Tickets can be purchased at the Serendipity Princess kiosk located inside the Tourist Information Centre at the town dock one hour prior to cruise departure time.

Reservations are recommended for all sightseeing cruises & required for all meal cruises. Reservations can be made by contacting our head office (Contact). Reserved tickets must be picked up at least ½ hour prior to scheduled departure time.

Tickets can not be purchased prior to the day of the cruise.

All regular cruises are subject to availability & a minimum of 30 passengers.  The Company reserves the right, without liability, to cancel, delay, shorten or change cruise schedules and routes when in its judgement, circumstances warrant.

Arrival & Boarding

Free parking is available at the town dock in Penetanguishene.  The ticket booth will open one hour prior to cruise departure time.  Boarding generally occurs 15 to 30 minutes prior to cruise departure time.

Accessibility & Amenities

The Serendipity Princess is wheelchair accessible and the lower decks are fully heated. The Serendipity Princess is fully licensed under the L.C.B.O. & has a snack bar on board. Regular and wheelchair accessible washrooms are located on the main deck.
