2026 Municipal and School Board Elections: Notice of Voting Period
The Clerks of the Towns of Midland and Penetanguishene, and the Townships of Tay and Tiny hereby give notice that the Voting Period for the 2026 Municipal and School Board Elections will be held from Tuesday October 13, 2026 until Monday October 26, 2026 at 8:00 p.m.
The following is additional voting information for each respective municipality:
Town of Midland:
Internet and Telephone Voting opens Tuesday October 13, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
Electors will receive Voter Instruction Letters in the mail prior to the opening of voting.
Voter Assistance will be provided at the Town of Midland Municipal Office, 575 Dominion Street, Midland.

Town of Penetanguishene:
Internet and Telephone Voting opens Tuesday October 13, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
In Person Paper Ballot – Election Day only, Monday, October 26, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. at James Keating Elementary School.
Electors will receive Voter Instruction Letters in the mail prior to the opening of voting.
Voter Assistance will be provided at the Town of Penetanguishene Municipal Office, 10 Robert Street East, Penetanguishene from Tuesday October 13, 2026 to Friday October 23, 2026

Township of Tay:
Internet and Telephone Voting opens Tuesday October 13, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
Electors will receive Voter Instruction Letters in the mail prior to the opening of voting.
Voter Assistance will be provided at the Township of Tay Municipal Office, 450 Park Street, Victoria Harbour and additional pop-up locations throughout the community.

Online and Telephone Voting opens Tuesday October 13, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
Electors will receive Voter Instruction Letters in the mail prior to the opening of voting.
Voter Assistance will be provided at the Township of Tiny Municipal Office at 130 Balm Beach Road West, Tiny.
