Update: Emergency Lane Closure and Water Interruption – Water Main Repair at 222 Fox Street
Update 4:19 PM: Please be advised that there will be a temporary suspension of water services affecting residents between 205 Fox Street and Quarry Road until approximately 6:00 PM today. During this time, properties within the affected area will experience a loss of water service.
Upon restoration of the water supply, you may notice a transient change in water colour. To ensure the quality of your water, we recommend the following steps:
- Remove faucet screens (aerators)
- Run all taps for 5–10 minutes to remove any air and flush your plumbing system

Notice from 1:00PM: Please be advised that an emergency water main repair is currently underway at 222 Fox Street. A lane closure is in effect as of 1:00 PM on May 26, 2026, and will remain in place until the work is completed.
Local traffic and Emergency Services will continue to have access; however, all residents and motorists are asked to observe posted signage and follow the directions of flag persons to ensure safety during this time.
