Installation of New Regulatory Traffic Signage

 

This notice has been issued by the Town of Penetanguishene Public Works Department, in accordance with the Implementation of Traffic/Parking By-law Amendments Policy, to inform residents and businesses that the following changes to Schedule D and E of the Traffic/Parking By-law are being proposed by Town staff:

Currently these intersections do not have traffic control signage. The installation of the yield and stop signs specified above will provide a controlled intersection and to prevent hazards for pedestrians and traffic.

 

The proposed changes to the Traffic/Parking By-law are being recommended for approval in a report being presented to the Committee of the Whole on January 9, 2019.
