Notice of Committee of Adjustment: December 20

Town of Penetanguishene Committee of Adjustment will hold an electronic public meeting on Monday, December 20, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. to consider the following applications:

  • Minor Variance Application (A18/2021) relating to the land composed of Part of Lot 21A, Part of Water Lot on Reference Plan 51R-359 in the Town of Penetanguishene and municipally known as 284 Watson Road (see location map attached).
  • Consent Application B8/2021 relating to the land composed of Part of Lot 21A, Part of Water Lot on Reference Plan 51R-359, municipally known as 284 Watson Road (see location map attached).

The electronic Public Meeting with be hosted using the “Zoom” platform for online meetings where the public can participate via video or telephone.
