Notice of Committee of Adjustment: March 22, 2021
Town of Penetanguishene Committee of Adjustment will hold an electronic public meeting on Monday, March 22, 2021 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following applications:
- Minor Variance Application (A8/2021) relates to the land composed of Lot 6 on Plan 319 in the Town of Penetanguishene, and municipally known as 60 Fox Street (see location map attached)
- Minor Variance Application (A7/2021) relates to the land composed of Lot 46 on Registered Plan PL 1712 in the Town of Penetanguishene, and municipally known as 45 Polish Avenue (see Location Map attached).
- Consent Application (B1/2021) relates to the land composed of Part of Lot 3 on Registered Plan No. 36 in the Town of Penetanguishene, and municipally known as 39 Yeo Street (see Location Map attached).
The electronic Public Meeting with be hosted using the “Zoom” platform for online meetings where the public can participate via video or telephone.
