Notice of Crosswalk Activation Robert St West

The Town of Penetanguishene would like to advise pedestrians and motorists that a signalized crosswalk will be activated on Robert Street West on Friday, September 16, 2022, near the intersection of Robert Street West and Centre Street.   

The signalized crosswalk will require that motorists stop at the designated stop bars when the crosswalk lights are flashing, and only progress once the lights have stopped flashing.   This will provide pedestrian traffic with a safe, controlled crossing location.
