Notice of Intent to Update the Fees for Water and Wastewater Services for 2026 

The Town of Penetanguishene is updating their annual utility rates under the Town’s Water and Wastewater Services By-law #2025-08, which sets out the costs for a wide variety of water and wastewater services. 

The proposed changes to the Town’s water and wastewater rates will be presented to Committee of the Whole on December 10, 2025, with Council ratification anticipated on January 21, 2026. If approved by Council, the updated rates will come into effect on January 1, 2026.
