Notice of Intention to pass an Amending By-law to Remove a Holding “H” Symbol
Town of Penetanguishene Council will hold an Electronic Public Meeting on September 9th, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. to pass a Zoning Bylaw amendment to remove a Holding “H” Symbol from the Zoning By-law for the following lands:
The lands affected by the proposed amendment are municipally known as:
- 344 Watson Road and are currently zoned Limited Service Rural Residential (LSR) with Holding “H” Symbol (see Location Map attached).
- 53 Polish Avenue and are currently zoned Shoreline Rural Residential One Zone (SR1) with Holding “H” Symbol (see Location Map attached).
The public is invited to attend the electronic meeting and/or make written or verbal representation either in support of, or in opposition to, the proposed application.
