Notice of Temporary Office Closure – Staff Appreciation Event
The Town of Penetanguishene offices will be closed on June 18, 2026, from 11:15 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. for the annual Staff Appreciation Event.
The event is being held to acknowledge and celebrate the hard work and dedication of municipal staff throughout the year. The closure will affect all municipal offices, including:
- Town Hall
- Public Works Administrative Building
- Penetanguishene Centennial Museum & Archives
- Penetanguishene Fire Station (this does not affect emergency services)
- Penetanguishene Community Centre (Arena)
- Harbour Kiosk Booth
- Sewage Treatment Plant
Residents are encouraged to use online options for service where available. A variety of online services are accessible 24/7 on the Town website.
