NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL OF INTENTION TO DESIGNATE A PROPERTY OF CULTURAL HERITAGE VALUE OR INTEREST

Take notice that in accordance with Section 29(6) of the Ontario Heritage Act, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Penetanguishene at its meeting held on July 9, 2025 made the decision to withdraw its Notice of Intention to Designate the following properties as being of cultural heritage value or interest under Part IV and pursuant to Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act.

  • 131 Main Street
  • 47 Chatham Street
  • 50 Robert Street West
