Special Council

  • Council approved the recommendation that a by-law be passed to lift part lot control for the property municipally known as 40 Thompsons Road being Blocks 1 to 8 (inclusive) on Plan 51M-1222.
  • Council approved that the Building Fees remain as prescribed as per By-law 2021-45.
  • Council approved the Andrews Village Development Pre-Servicing Agreement as outlined.
  • Council approved 4 by-laws, including:
    • 2022-49- Being a By-law to establish a Pre-Servicing Agreement with 2704657 ONTARIO Inc. (1145 Fuller Avenue - St. Andrews Village)
    • 2022-50- Being a By-law to Authorize the Execution of a Subdivision Agreement with Bellisle (Penetang) Developments Limited
    • 2022-51- Being a By-law to Establish a One Foot Reserve on Mercer Crescent, Legally Described as Blocks 109 and 110, Registered Plan 51M-543 as a dedicated public highway
    • 2022-52- Being a By-law to Exempt Certain Lands from Part Lot Control (40 Thompsons Road)
