Town of Penetanguishene Launches New iCity Online Portal to Enhance Service Accessibility

The Town of Penetanguishene is pleased to announce the launch of the new iCity Online Portal, a major milestone in advancing our Strategic Plan commitment to deliver more accessible, efficient, and user-focused municipal services. This new platform provides residents with a simple, secure, and convenient way to access their property tax and utility billing accounts anytime, anywhere.

Through the portal, residents can:

  • Receive bills instantly by email or online notification
  • View account balances, billed amounts, and payment history
  • Check due dates and utility meter readings
  • Link all owned properties under one account

“The introduction of the iCity Online Portal reflects our dedication to modernizing municipal services in ways that make life easier for residents,” says Jeff Lees, Chief Administrative Officer. “This initiative directly supports our Strategic Plan by improving accessibility, strengthening digital service delivery, and ensuring residents have more convenient options for interacting with the Town.”
