Zoning By-Law Amendments: Notice of Passing

Notice of the Passing of Three Zoning By-Law Amendments

On December 9, 2020, Council passed the following by-laws under Section 34 of the Planning Act.

By-laws included:

  • By-law 2020-60 pertaining to the property at 17 Peet Street to rezone the property from Residential Third Density “R3” Zone to Residential Third Density Exception 22 “R3-22” Zone to permit Retail Sales as a Home Occupation.
  • By-law 2020-63 pertaining to the property at 136 Fox Street to rezone the property from Commercial Neighbourhood “CN” Zone to Residential First Density Exception “R1” Zone to residential uses on the property.
  • By-law 2020-62 pertaining to the property at 38 Poyntz Street to rezone the property from Residential Second Density “R2” Zone to Residential Second Density Exception 30 “R2-30” Zone.  This permits two additional dwelling units and increases the Accessory Building lot coverage permissions to 107 square metres.
