Notice of Committee of Adjustment: January 22, 2024

This notice is to inform members of the public that the Committee of Adjustment of the Town of Penetanguishene will hold an electronic public hearing on Monday January 22, 2024 at 7:00 PM to hear the following applications:

• The land subject to this consent application (File No. B6/2023) relates to the property municipally known as 40 EDWARD STREET (see Location Map attached).
• The land subject to this Minor Variance application (File No. A9/2023) relates to the property municipally known as 45 ROBILLARD DRIVE (see Location Map attached).

The electronic public hearing will be hosted using the electronic “Zoom” platform. Written comments are requested no later than January 14; however, all comments will be received and considered up until the evening of the meeting.
